If you don't have access to this ovi email address and if you wish to change the email address for your multidevice subscription then you have to contact our sales support via https://support.avg.com/support_sales?l= .
They will escalate your case to our higher level team and only they can change the email address for you.

I always signed in on a certain email address and always received conformation from AVG on it. Now nokia mail closed and OVI mail services are not available. I changed my e-mail address to a new one and AVG asked me to confirm it, but nokia mail AVI does not exest anymore and the have sent the conformation there and not to my new e-mail address. The conformation will exspire if I do not confirm. How do I get AVG to sent the conformation to my new e-mail address. Please help. Thanks
