I've recently changed Internet Service Provider, so have an new email address which I wish to update in My Profile. I've followed the instructions on "Changing your AVG MyAccount email address" that are on the Home support part of the AVG website.
The problem I have is that I can log into my account fine, I then entry the details to change my email address and select "Confirm" I then get "wrong password" message come up. I know the password is correct because I have used it to log into my account, have tried quite a few times last night and today but still no joy.
I use Mozilla Firefox as my browser and have tried to change address in Internet Explorer with the same result.
Any thoughts please?
