All AVG subscriptions are enrolled for auto-renewal by default, so that our customers can avoid any interruption to the service they've subscribed to.
We'd like to inform you that you'll receive pre-billing notifications via email, 30 days prior to the auto-renewal taking place.
The pre-billing notification emails include info on how to cancel your subscription, the upcoming renewal date & the amount to be charged for the renewal.
If you don't wish for a subscription to get renewed, you can unsubscribe from that AVG subscription from the pre-billing notification email itself.
However, if you still wish to cancel your subscription, we do understand.
