Changing from windows8 to 10

Hello Sheron,

You can simply activate the paid version from AVG Antivirus free.
You have AVG Internet security and TuneUp - unlimited devices subscription.
Open AVG antivirus free interface. Click on "My AVG–>My Subscriptions".
If you see the option as "Log In", click on it and enter your AVG my account credentials to activate the subscription.
If it is done, get into My AVG again and click on "install now" under "TuneUp" to install the program.

I already paid a year when I had windows 8 I recently I went to windows 10 now I have to download a free version I shouldn't have to pay nothing all you had to do is transfer my avg to windows 10
