Changing language is unavailable

As far as I know, user can change the language of AVG Zen during installing only. But when I click on the button "Русский - Russian" on the top of the welcome screen, nothing happens: I can change the language to neither English nor anything else.
What specific actions should I do in order to get AVG Zen in English?
