You have one license for AVG Internet Security (1 computer) and two license for AVG PC TuneUp product.
One of the PC tuneup license expires on 4th October 2019 and the other on 31st October 2020.
The auto renewal for all the three licenses are cancelled successfully.
If you are using one computer, then you can opt for single license for PC TuneUp. Hence, we can arrange refund for the one expiring on 2020 or merge both the license to one so you will get the validity added. Let us know which option you would like to choose.
For activating from free version, open AVG Antivirus free interface.
Click on "My AVG–>My Subscriptions".
If you see the email address in it, then click on "Log Out".
Click on enter license and enter the respective Internet Security license number.
We have sent the license detail via email.

Hi,
Last month I have paid two times automatically for AVG products. I think that these are products which were used on my former laptop. Since about a year I use an other laptop, and don't have a paid version of AVG installed. I only use the free version.
How can I install the version of my former laptop on my current one. Or otherwise, how can I stop paying automatically for something I don't use anymore.
