Changing location country vpn

my vpn is activate and go green but cannot change location ,still on one location it choose,i try reinstall vpn secure and still same 
i have window 10 and before was working
and on my android phone,i have this choice of country

May I know the version of Windows operating system and also AVG Secure VPN program version please?

Right-click the Windows Start button and select Apps and Features from the menu that appears.

  1. Ensure that Apps & features is selected in the left panel, then click AVG Secure VPN, and select Uninstall.

  2. If prompted by the User Account Control dialog for permissions, click Yes.

  3. When the AVG Setup wizard appears, click Repair.

  4. Wait while setup repairs AVG Secure VPN on your PC.

  5. When the repair is complete, click Done.

  6. Restart your PC

  7. Open the AVG Secure VPN and check.
