Changing my email address in My Account

I renewed my licences yesterday but noticed that licences for 3 computers came up and also our old email address.  I decided to log in to My account to update our details to only 2 computers and the change of email address except it wanted to send a confirmation email to our old address for which we no longer receive emails.  I then set up a new MY Account but instead of just buying new licences I went back into my AVG and hit renewal (this was after a lot of fiddling so I was a bit over it).  This has meant that the licences are back under the old email address which I cannot do anything with.  Any suggestions as to how I can get around the problem of the old email address without having access to any response from that address.
