Been trying to get my payment details changed for over a month. Had no way to get into it. I t claims it will let you in the "Notification Email", it did NOT. Now it has taken the payment from a place I did not want it taken from and when I finally get to the place where I am SUPPOSED to be able to change it. I get, "AVG does not store your credit/debit card details. This information is safely stored with our payment provider and can only be changed when making a new purchase or renewal. "
WELL BULL BUTTER!!! If you can charge when you want. I should be able to change it when I want. And this is NOT a question this is a statement that I think everyone should know about. I would also like to be contacted and given the information I need to change my account information. If you payment provider can get to my money, then I should be able to get to your payment provider.
