Also, clarify the exact software with which you're experiencing the issue & what happens while accessing it when connected through Secure VPN.
I have tried every browser in all formats, IT'S THE VPN, when i turn it off the program works, when i turn it on, it doens't. please tell me how to change the settings so i don't have to keep doing this all. the. time.

the link does not work - just like the rest of support - it so frustrated.
QuickBooksOnline - Payroll can not work when VPN is active - tested it many times, it woroks when i turn off the VPN and does not when the VPN is on.Is there somewhere i can add QBO as a 'safe" program so i don't have to keep turning it on/off
