Charge 3 x times for AVG tune up

Upon checking your account, we see that there are duplicate subscriptions of AVG TuneUp.
Our refund policy allows us to process refund for orders that are placed within 30 days.
In this regard, if you prefer we can consolidate the licenses in your account to AVG Ultimate instead of refund, as the orders has surpassed the above mentioned timeframe.
As a result of consolidation, you'll get AVG Ultimate with extended validity. Please let us know if you'd prefer that.

I have recently looked at my avg account to see i have paid for ultimate on subscription then been charged twice more for the individual product of AVG Tune up. I have requested a refund but being told its over 30 days.  30 days has notjing to do with it. why would anyone buy the same thing 3 x.
i would like a refund of the 2 extra copies of AVG tune up. Looking at the internet it seems to be a common problem.
i look forward to a response.
