Charge for unrequested avg security

We will certainly check this for you.

When checking your account we see that you have been charged for AUD89.99 for the renewal of AVG Internet Security program.

We don't see any charge for $179.98 on your account by AVG.

Please provide us the screenshot of the charge from AVG on your bank account to check and assist you further.

I have not had AVG Security for over 12 months and now I find that I have been charged $179.98 on my Bankcard for renewal of AVG Security.    I had AVG removed from my system over  12 months ago as it was causing me untold problems on my computer system.   I am very happy with my present security and do/did not want to renew AVG.   I am most stressed about being charged this amount to my Visa/Bankcard and request an immediate refund of $179.98.

Please let me know why does my program not working in full seeing that I have paid for one year.
