We'll certainly put you in the right direction. This seem to be a Google play store payment against an AVG product for Android.

I just recieved a charge of $11.99 from "GOOGLE *AVG UK."
I looked and noticed that your "PRO" version is also $11.99.
I did not purchase the pro version. I only ever downloaded the free version. I did not authorize any payment of $11.99.
if you could please fix this, I would very much appreciate it.
