Dear AVG

As I am still within my free period of use, it was my intention to contact you today to cancel the rest of the subscription as I truly cannot afford it.
This morning however I find I have been billed for the next year.  Today is the 12 February, my free period is up on 15 February 2018.
Please cancel the subscription and refund the money you have withdrawn from my bank account.
It is likely that I am in overdraft because of your pre-emptive action and a charge will be made for this.
Please assist me speedily before any further charges mount up in my bank account.
Looking forward to a resolution to this problem
