Gentlemen,
Angelo Nepote is writing to you why i was charged in my bank for a payment of € 58,99 from DRI*AVG Techonologies on August 17, 2022. Service never requested; never authorized the charge on my credit card; i have never communicated my credit card number to you.
In any case, i sent you the withdrawal request on august 22, 2022 which also reported an order number 113060893100 and date august 16, 2022 never requested.
I await the refund of € 58,99 with re-credit on the credit card you charged. I intend to use the AVG free service. Otherwise i will report the incorrectness to the Consumer Association of whic i am
member.
