Charge not authorized

Gentlemen,
Angelo NEPOTE writing- With reference to your emails of October 5, 2022, at 7:38 pm and 7:39 pm in replay to my email with the subject "unauthorized charge".
You have not considered what i have communicated and so i propose again:
1)The invoice from DRIAVG Technologies (your authorized reseller) sent to me by email is dated August 16,2022 as you already know;
2) To the same address I sent to the company DRI
AVG Tech. the letter of withdrawal on august 22,2022 with a pre-printed form on the site and reporting the requested data (order code 113060893100 of August 16,2022).
So the withdrawal request was sent within the law's terms for which i request a reimbursement of € 58,99, a charge never authorized for a service never requested.
I had downloaded the AVG free version an that is enough for me.
Finally, I inform you that I certainly report the commercial incorrectness of your work to the Customer's Association.
