Hello Hamish,
We acknowledge your refund request. You have been charged for the automatic renewal of AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (60 day trial) because you agreed to automatic extension of your subscription when you originally signed up for the trial subscription.
We sent an email notification 10 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your Subscription.

Hi, I was charged £44.99 for DRI AVG TECHNOLOGIES. I had no idea that this transaction was going to happen and I'm just wondering if I am able to get a refund. Thanks!
