When you purchase an AVG subscription (formally known as "Continuing Protection Service"), the subscription will continue until you have cancelled it. You will receive an email regarding the automatic extension of AVG subscription before 45 days and will be billed 15 days before the product expires.

I find a charge on my credit card statement (01/15/2019) for € 69.99 associated with "DRI AVG Technologies orderfind comIE ".
I am absolutely sure I didn't order anything. I've only used the AVG Free protection for many years now.
But I see postings about this happening to a lot of people related to a product that has not been ordered by them, so I assume this is what has happened to me as well.
I would like to see that refunded as soon as possible.
Please tell me how this can be done.

I have no such thing as AVG PC TuneUp on my PC, or maybe it once was there but no longer is.
Anyway, I have no intention of using this software.
