Thanks
Please refund my suscription because now I would have duplicate subscriptions
Hi Vicente,
This isn't the experience we want you to have. We'd like to clarify this for you.
Upon checking your account, we see that the charge is for the renewal of AVG Internet Security, as it was enrolled for automatic renewal.
We do send pre-billing notification prior 30 days of subscription's expiry (which has been sent to you on 2019-06-15).
Also, we see that you've raised a dispute for the order on 7/27/19. Hence, this needs to be dealt with the payment method (Visa card).
Reason being, we'll not be able to either revoke or refund the order that is already disputed.
Apart from this, you do have an active subscription of AVG PC TuneUp, valid till 2019.12.30. If you require any assistance regarding that subscription, let us know.
Thank you for your understanding in advance!

I recently had been charged my credit card for 109,99 under de name Digital River .I do not recognize this entity, After the charge appear under the name of Digital Avg.
I had rejected this charge because two of my subscriptions expires on Dic 2019. The one that expired in July 2019 I received an advise on my computer saying that this suscription shall expire in three days, and I had renovated for one year , but I do not know which was the Avg that sent me this advise. Other companies in spite of you have an automatically renovation, had the good way to advise you some days before in order to be aware of all the situation (like Naxos)
Please proceed in accordance and cancel the charge on my credit card for the amount of 109.99 €
Thanks
Vicente, I have sent an email to 1axxxxxte@gmail.com since it is not recommended to share your account information on this public forum. We also recommend you not to share the order ID information here as it can be misused. Please check your inbox and spam box as well.
