Charge to my bank account that I did NOT authorize

I looked tonight and found that DRI*AVG TECHNOLOGIES charged my bank account $53.61 without my authorization. They did not even send me an email telling me they were going to charge my account. I despise transactions like this and will not do business again of any kind with AVG for this reason. Please refund the $53.61 to my account. I am wondering if there are any honest companies left in our nation. Norton did the same thing and promised they would never do it again, only to do it again. I am done with them also.
