Charged 3 times for the same account

Hi,
I have an AVG account. I am a single person household, I have a computer and a mobile phone.
I have been billed £84.99 3 times this month - can you please explain why, clearly this is an oversight and 2 lots of payments refunded.
I am an 81 year old pensioner who simply cannot afford this amount of money to go out of my account.
Can you please send me a full list of what I am paying for, are both my mobile and computer covered?
Can you please look at these over payments as a matter of urgency.
