Since auto renewal was enabled for the trial, this charge was taken automatically to use the product for one year.
An email notification was sent 28th January 2019 to let you know about this process and the amount that is going to be taken. It also had information on how to cancel it.
We have initiated the refund request and an email has been sent explaining its status.

I signed up for the free version of AVG i didn't even connect my paypal to AVG, how was i charged through my email??? thats connnected to my papyal. I didn't even know i was signed up for automatic renewal payment for AVG. Is there any possible way to be reimbursed or is it too late since the payment went through??
