There are so many 'errors' here… a colleague of yours has given me a different explanation. I renewed at £72.99 in February - in March aparently under an incorrect email address I added another package for multiple devices - yet I have just one PC. I have been with AVG forever - an auto renew has never happened before - especially for an addtional package to cover multiple devices.

According to our refund policy, you are entitled to a refund within 30 days of the date your payment was processed. Unfortunately, in your case, this timeframe has been surpassed.
On 8.03.18 I was charged £54.99 for an item that I did not order. It shows on my credit card statement as Dri.Avg Technologies Orderfind.com Irl - my Postcode is CT16 1RU - IMMEDIATE refund required.

Diane, Also just for your info Digital River Ireland [DRI] (https://www.bloomberg.com/research/stocks/private/snapshot.asp?privcapId=32980892) provides eCommerce and payment services for AVG orders processed via AVG web/In App cart.
