A charge of GBP 49.99 was debited for the renewal of AVG Internet Security Multi-device on Nov 19, 2019. You do have AVG PC TuneUp (1 windows PC) good till Aug 30, 2020.
But we couldn't locate any other charges in the amount of GBP 94.99 under your current account. Hence, sent an email for you to provide all possible email address and the screenshot of bank statement that shows this charge which will help us to locate the exact account.

I've been charged £94.99 by DRI*AVG Technologies but we don't know what this is for? I received this info in a Paypal e-mail and I've checked and this has gone out of our account. We have AVG Internet protection, which we do want. I've also had an e-mail from AVG saying that £49.99 is about to be taken out of my account for the internet security. I logged into my AVG account confused about what was happening and there are two things there paid for, the internet security and Tune Up which says it's not due to August 2020. As far as we were both aware, we no longer had Tune up. None of this tallys up though. What is the £94.99 for? Can I get my money back? I can't see how Tune up could be that much? Or is is somehow for the two things even though they renew at different times and we were unaware we were still paying for Tune up. AVG please cancel Tune up and refund me if possible. Thank you. An explanation would be nice too.
