Charged but unsubscribed

We're glad to clarify this for you.
Upon checking your account, we see that trial subscription of TuneUp has been renewed to an annual subscription, as it was enrolled to automatic renewal.
We do send pre-billing notification prior 10 days of trial's expiry (which has been sent to you on 10/29/19). This email includes instructions on how to cancel the subscription.
We see that the automatic renewal has been disabled on 11/5/19, which is after the automatic renewal.
If you'd like to cancel this subscription & get refunded, we do understand.

I've just noticed i've been charged for your product when i unsubscribed to your services. Can this be corrected as i've already been charged.
