I have been charged £30 today by AVG Driver Updater. I have tried several times to cancel this and there is no option to cancel. My account says I have no active subscriptions but a payment of £30 was taken today by Digital River Ireland for DRI*AVG so don't you DARE try and tell me I don't have a subscription. I have been sat on hold trying to get through to someone at AVG for the last 15 mins and no one is picking up. I need this cancelled now. I tried multiple times to cancel and call AVG but no one ever picks up the phone and I have tried everything else. I will take legal action and will be contacting PayPal about this fraudulent charge, as you have not allowed me to cancel in any way There is no evidence of my subscription on my account but I would have only purchased under my registered E-Mail address. I signed up for a free trial via the App Interface, and I am unable to cancel in any way. If this is not resolved I will take legal action to recover the money and sue the company and expose them for this fraudulent behaviour. it is illegal to make it impossible to contact or to make it impossible to terminate a contract with any company. I am FURIOUS. DO NOT COME HERE TELLING ME I HAVE NO SUBSCRIPTION, I HAVE A PAYMENT TO PROVE IT. YOU TOOK PART OF MY RENT, HOPE YOU'RE HAPPY YOU EVIL CORPORATION.
