I got $99 taken from my PayPal today under the name of Digital River. On the bottom of the page it says AVG Technologies.  Do you use Digital River for billing? I did not get any email for a renewal, but I use the free AVG as it is.  Please let me know if you use this Digital River so I can report it to PayPal.  Thank You
