Charged for 2 products instead of 1?

Let me clarify it for you.
You have had three active AVG subscriptions:
-AVG Anti-Virus (1 computer), valid until 2018.9.14.
-AVG Internet Security (1 computer), valid until 2018.9.15 and
-AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer), valid until 2018.9.13.
AVG Internet Security is advance version of AVG Antivirus. If you have one computer, then there is no need to renew AVG Antivirus.
It seems you have already cancelled the automatic renewal for all the above subscriptions. Feel free to contact us again if you need any further assistance.

Just getting notified to renew for this year and checked my invoices from the past few years. So last year I got charged for:

Renewal AVG Anti-Virus 1 computer (1 year) 54.99 AUD
& Renewal AVG Internet Security 1 computer (1 year) 74.99 AUD

Now very confused as to why I got charged the $54.99. What benefit do I get from that? Is that not part of the internet security? A sneaky auto renewal? I have made sure all my AVG products no longer auto renew. I never seem to get any notifications when the money is coming out and for what reasons. Have used AVG for years but now may just go back down to the free version before looking elsewhere.

I only ever run 1 computer. So I got charged for 2 products, when I only required the one. Seems like I lost out for the year there. I had to go searching to turn off the auto renweals otherwise would AVG constantly take my money with no communication? For example the PC tune up. I'm suprised I still even own it. I never get notified clearly. For example an email stating the forthcoming charges, why have I never seen one of them? All I recieve is a paypal notification that the money has gone, then an already paid AVG invoice. Where is the invoice before payment so I can decide if I want to proceed?  I've wised up to my subscriptions now but not impressed with the process.

You can login to your AVG MyAccount anytime using your email address and you will be able to see your all active subscriptions. We are sending two emails after every charge/order, invoice email and order/license confirmation email to the registered email address.

You have already cancelled the automatic renewal for all the subscriptions, the licenses will not renew and no money will be taken from your account.

At this point, I request you to contact our sales support team and we will help you to renew your subscription with a possible discount.
