Charged for a 60 day trial!?

Upon checking your account, we see that you've subscribed to the 60 days trial of AVG TuneUp (valid till 2019.8.21).
As the subscription was enrolled to automatic renewal, you've received the pre-billing notification email prior 10 days (on 8/11/19) of trial's expiry.
We also see that you've disabled the automatic renewal. Hence, the license will not be renewed & there will not be any charges.

I was offered a 60 day trial of the Pro Protection software; I was NOT informed that you could only cancel within 30 days! How, exactly, is this a free 60 day trial if I'm being charged, even if I've cancelled before the - hah - free trial ends? 

I'm an undergraduate student, dependent on my loan to pay for accomodation, etc. Being ripped off £46 is not something I can easily ignore.
