Charged for a product I didn't sign up for

At the end of Feb 2024, I went through my bank statement and now notice I've been charged for a product I never subscribed too. Called my local AVG provider and they said they would escalate the issue to AVG in another country. After 4 week still no refund and not a single email has been sent to try fix the problem. Will now contact my banks fraud division and forward my complaint to them. Will never ever use AVG this is under handed practice and straight forward fraud.
