Charged for a renewal of a product without my concern

Hello 

I just received a notification from my bank i am charged R349 by you. You charged me last year 2018 after my free trail i never received the product. You are charging me again i don't know why. 

I had to create a new account because your system is not recognizing my email address sinoksishuba@gmail.com. Can you please cancel this order and refund my money back
