Charged for a subscription I know nothing about

Absolutely fuming, just been charged for a whole years worth of internet security, no emails, no contact, no knowledge of signing up to this as I cancelled a year ago!!! Nothing on my account and I only have one email address, so no way of removing my card details or cancelling. No way of contacting AVG to speak to someone, sneaky company who have now put me in debt… Want this sorted immediately, don't sign up to anything with this company!!!
