Have you reactivated your subscription after renewal?
Open AVG Internet Security on your computer -> My AVG -> My Subscription -> Log out and remove license (if available) -> Log in -> enter your email address and password to reactivate it.

When I go into my avg on my laptop it wont update wants more money? What can I do to fix this otherwise I would like a full refund back to my PayPal account my email is kam10kor@yahoo.com
