Charged for service that was free for a month

Hello Margaret,

You have been charged CA$74.99 and CA$49.99 for the AVG Internet Security and AVG TuneUp - Multi-Device (1 Year) subscription recently.
Since auto renewal was enabled for their 60 day trial orders that you signed up on 15th September 2019.
Prior email notification was sent to inform you about this process and the charges that are going to be taken.
Do you wish to get refund for these two charges?

I'm so sorry that I made these mistakes.  My mind is no longer working very well, and I will have to stop doing these things on line.  But YES, it was a big mistake on my part and not what I meant.  I was just trying to say YES to the free trial.
I cannot afford anything extra.
Could I please have my money returned !!! ???
I will be forever grateful !!!

I was charged twice on November 13, 2019

$74.99
I have used AVG for over 14 years … the free version … and have never had a charge, nor do I want one.  Occasionally I can use on payable performance level for one month, to "try it out" .   I am a senior on disability, and don't do anything fancy with my old computer.
I TRUST you will set this straight !!!
