Hi,

I have also received a similar charge today of £29.99 I am unable to locate any product this relates to and would request a refund.  I have tried other email addresses I may have used but they are not recognised by your system.
Please advise.

Hello David,

I understand the inconvenience.
I am able to locate an account for which you have been charged USD53.49 for the renewal of AVG Anti-Virus 1 computer (1 year) license as it had auto renewal enabled, but the account is under different email address.
I have sent an email for you to provide the possible email address that you would have used for AVG earlier which will help me to verify and assist you with refund.
If my email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.

My credit card recently showed this charge:
03/06/2018 DRI*AVG TECHNOLOGIES $53.49. 

However, I have not been subscribed to AVG for any services for several years.  I have had the credit card deny the payment (actually, it had already been paid by Chase, and they said they would recover the funds and credit my account).

Please advise me as to how this happened, so I can fully justify to Chase that this was an error, and I am not responsible for the charge.  Also let me know that AVG has completely removed me from the roles of current customers.  Thank you !
