I regret the inconvenience. Yes, you've been charged for the renewal of AVG TuneUp - Unlimited as you agreed to auto-renewal when you signed up for free trial.

You have already submitted the refund request. If you would like you can continue using this product, else please confirm your refund request to initiate it.

Hi,
I have been charged 34.99 for a upgrade I did not request.
When asked AVG asked if I wished an upgrade I replied in the appropriate box  stating" I was happy with my present FREE service",however,I was charged anyway.
I have e mailed AVG and requested a refund,but have not yet received a reply.
Disappointed,
