Charged for X2 AVG Accounts

I am being charged for x2 multi-device AVG Accounts. My main/original account is on this email, the other on a gmail account login (expires 17 September 2021). My main/original account (this email …live.co.uk renews in October 21. Please help. How long has this been going on? I only wanted to change my email address originally from …live.co.uk to gmail.com and ended up paying for same product twice (x2 AVG Accounts under x2 different emails. Please advise & refund gmail account. No satisfactory resolve will mean I have to take this to Trading Standards/UK Watchdog.
