You've been charged for the renewal of AVG TuneUp (trial) to an annual subscription, as it was enrolled to automatic renewal.
Usually, we do send pre-billing notification prior 10 days of subscription's expiry. This email contains instructions on how to cancel the subscription, renewal date & charge.
As you've raised a dispute with PayPal, this needs to be dealt by them. A chargeback occurs when a buyer asks their payment method to remove a charge.
In your case, the chargeback of your purchase was completed on 11/26/19. We're not in a position to either initiate refund or process orders that are disputed.

I have download AVG Antivirus free trial for a month and now i have a bill on my account for 44,99€, this is an error. I searched for the origin of the payment and it come to AVG. I'm currently using just AVG free with no extras i have been billed 44,99€?! Please sent back these44.99€ to my bank account

I asked paypal services to cancel the dispute and this is their response:

Quando é aberta uma disputa, reclamação ou chargeback, os fundos ficam retidos na conta do vendedor e não estarão disponíveis para utilização. Os fundos não podem ser levantados e serão considerados "disputados" até que a disputa, reclamação ou chargeback seja resolvido. Esta precaução garante a disponibilidade dos fundos, caso seja necessário um reembolso.
O vendedor pode usar estes fundos para emitir um reembolso em qualquer altura durante a disputa, acedendo a "Atividade", clicando na transação e utilizando o link "Reembolsar" que se encontra nos detalhes.
Assim que a disputa, reclamação ou chargeback for resolvido, os fundos restantes serão libertados.

É possível ver o estado atual de qualquer disputa ou reclamação aberta no Centro de Resoluções.

Sara, we'd have been able to initiate a refund from our end if you had contacted us before disputing this charge with PayPal.
We'd request to contact PayPal, ask them to cancel the dispute on this charge and share a screenshot of their confirmation with us.
I have sent an email, please attach the screenshot in a reply to that email.
