Charged my bank

I have been charged for service I have NOT approved or order. This is the second year in a roll that this has happened. I want my bank account to be refunded the $82.26. Please STOP taking funds out of my account. Please refund my monies. Plus you make it so hard to talk to anyone about this. You might correct this so people can get help when needed.
