I have recently paid my license's renewal with my credit card a few days ago. Today, I have been charged two more times. Once more for the same license (I have got subscription numbers) and transaction IDs, and a third one for a "unknown product". This is all in my payments history. I urgently need the refunds for the last 2 transactions. How could you help me, please? Who I can contact that may solve this. Digital River says they cannot do anything.
