I see that you have been charged automatically for AVG PC TuneUp since you have agreed to subscribe for auto-renewal at the time of initial purchase of the product on 2016.2.27. We had sent you n notification email regarding the Auto-renewal 45 days prior to the date of renewal.
I have canceled all your AVG subscription and submitted a refund request on behalf of you. They will process a refund for the recent charge and get back to you soon via email.

I do not use AVG anymore and when I signed on to AVG website it says I have no open accounts. I want a refund. Is this where I can get some help?
