Charged twice for the same thing Internet securety

We'd be glad to clarify. You were using AVG Internet Security (1 computer) and AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) licenses. You seem to have upgraded to AVG Internet Security - Unlimited and AVG TuneUp - Unlimited but did not cancel the identical single computer licenses.
AVG products are sold as subscriptions and remain valid until you cancel them. We try to be clear about this both before and after your purchase, and we explain how to cancel subscriptions in various places, including:

- In our shopping cart before purchase
- In the confirmation email we send after purchase
- In notification emails we send before charging for subsequent subscription periods.

We understand that people may overlook these things, and emails might end up in spam folders. So we sincerely apologize if you didn’t know that you’d subscribed and that we’d be charging you again to extend your subscription. If you would like, we can process refund for the recent automatic renewal of AVG Internet Security (1 computer) and AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) licenses.

Why am I being charged twice for the same thing?

We have initiated refund for both AVG Internet Security (1 computer) and AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) order. 

Once we finish our internal refund procedure, the transaction will be processed by the payment operator. You will receive additional confirmation in a separate e-mail from avg.cs@digitalriver.com.

If you have not received the separate email, please check your junk or spam mail filters.

Please take a note that the exact time the refunded amount will reach your account depends on payment operators, therefore we can no longer influence this process.

Yes please process a refund thank you. I did not realize that I was upgrading, I thought I was just renewing  my subsciption. I do not need to cover multiple computers I am only using these products on one laptop.
