Charged with no idea what I'm paying for

My paypal account was charged $89.99. I log onto your page to see what I was being charged for and it tells me I have no subscriptions and no charges. I tried a link I see to cancel the auto renewal but it didn't work. How do I opt out of auto renewal because with this kind of billing, I don't want any AVG products anymore.
