To view/manage your AVG accounts, log into your AVG MyAccount. A charge of AUD 153.99 was debited for AVG Internet Security (2 windows PC) subscription as auto-renewal service was enabled for its initial purchase. We do not process any unauthorized charges without intimating our customers. We sent a pre-billing notification prior 30 days of subscription's expiry which has information on the date of charge and a link to cancel this automatic renewal.
You do have another subscription of AVG Internet Security Multi-device valid till Feb 17, 2021.
If you prefer, we can merge these duplicate subscriptions at free of costs and extend the validity. If you wish to get a refund for this recent renewal, we do understand.

How do I get in contact with accounts???
I had an amount of A$153.99 taken from my visa card that was not authorised. This was for an old subscription no longer used.
I have purchased a new computer and only purchased a new 2 year subscription for AVG on the 17th of February 2019 which is valid til 17th February 2021.

Thanks for your quick response Yes please, I just want the A$153.99 credit back to my card and the old subscription deleted.
I had seen the emails but I receive AVG emails all the time asking me to purchase more stuff and was not aware of the auto recharge.
Does this apply to my new subscription from Feb?
