You have charged my paypal account this morning for annual renewal! I did not know about this & I want a refund!!! How dare you do this to your customers, I will never use your products again, and people give banks a hard time…this is far worst, you are criminals. I've filled in a form which you say you will deal with in about 3 days, not good enough! Your website instructions are impossible to understand unless you are a computer wizz, very technical & too many options, go here, go there, click on this, go to there…what a total pain in my butt!

When you purchase an AVG subscription, it will continue until it is canceled (formally known as “Continuing Protection Service”). You will be billed again 15 days prior to the start of the next subscription period. You will receive a notification email about the upcoming automatic extension 45 days prior to the start of the next subscription period. The automatic extension can be disabled up to 16 days prior to the start of the next subscription period.
