Charges from 6-10-19

I have two charges from 6-10-19 for services that I thought would help my computer work more quickly as it was very slow.  Since that time I have not been able to use that computer as it keeps stating that I am not connected to the internet.  The computer that I am now using connects to the internet with no problem.  I want a refund for these charges as your service has made the situation worse.

This isn't the experience we want you to have. We acknowledge your refund request.
However, upon checking your account, we see that the charges are for Driver Updater & AntiTrack. These are not the optimization tool. We do have AVG TuneUp which helps us to enhance the computer's performance.
If you'd still like to cancel the subscription & get refunded, we do understand.
