Charges Not Authorized

On May 23 I was charged $64.99 by DRI*AVG Technologies.  I have no subscription, nor do I have an order pending.  I cannot apply for refund because the system says I have no subscription or order pending.  Frustrating there is no option to talk with a person either through Chat or phone.  Do I have to report to Better Business or any other agency to get some assistance?
