why did I get another charge of 29.99 on sept.13-2018 which I was already  previously charged on June  29-2018 for about the same amount.?

We see that you have purchased AVG Ultimate subscription on June 26th for 29.99 CAD. Then you have also purchased AVG AntiTrack for 29.88 CAD on 13 September 2018, they are 2 different charges for 2 different products.
