Charges to me Acc't

I was trying to purchase a VPN and the website said that the transaction didn't complete. SO, I tried again actually 3 times total, guess what??? ALL Three (3) transactions are on my CC. I cannot seem to access anywhere to ask for a refund on at least two (2) of these. NO WHERE was there a chance to cancel, I called my bank BUT, the charges had already been paid. At this stage NOT impressed with AVG
