Charging in advance for renewal

Hello Rod Beal,
Thank you for reaching AVG Community Support.
We understand your concern regarding the early renewal for the subscription. We will certainly explain about it.
Please note that our goal is always to keep our customers safe and protected, and protecting against an unintentional lapse in coverage is critical.
To prevent any gaps in your service, we’ll charge you a few days or a month before your current subscription period ends. Don't worry you will not lose any days from your current period. This is the reason the validity period reflects 35 days prior to the expiration.
If you still have any clarification, please do let us know.
Thank you for understanding!
